Pouffy sleeves that end with two red buttons , this dress is meant to be loose at the waist, as more of a Baby Doll look, so the waist is wide at 30”, with a 34” bust. It has a back zipper, made in England and 100% cotton. My client said she went to England as a girl to purchase directly from the Laura Ashley store in the early 80s.
